EU MiCA (eumica.com) is an informational register. The site has no user accounts or sign-in. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details through the site. This policy explains the limited data involved when you load a page.
What is collected
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, can process request data such as the IP address, user-agent and requested URL to serve pages and prevent abuse.
- Vercel Analytics. Vercel Analytics counts page views and records custom click events for links that have an internal tracking label. The event name identifies the action. For an exchange call to action (CTA), the event identifier can contain the exchange slug and CTA placement. We use these events to measure page and link use. We do not add names, email addresses, wallet addresses or form data to the custom event.
- Exchange logos. EU MiCA stores and serves the logo files. Loading a logo does not contact the exchange or an external icon service.
Outbound and affiliate links
Some links to exchanges are affiliate or referral links. If you follow one and sign up, the exchange and any referral provider process the destination request under their own privacy policies. Our custom event can record the exchange slug and CTA placement before navigation. We may receive a commission.
