NAGA X in the register

ESMA’s entry for NAGA X covers eight of the ten MiCA services: custody and administration of crypto-assets (a), exchanging crypto-assets for funds (c), exchanging crypto-assets for other crypto-assets (d), executing orders for clients (e), receiving and transmitting orders (g), advice on crypto-assets (h), portfolio management (i) and transfer services (j).

ESMA records no Article 65 notification for NAGA X. The entity may provide its MiCA services to clients in Cyprus, and needs a notification before it serves other EEA states.
