Yes, Bitpanda has a current MiCA register entry supervised by FMA Austria in Austria, dated Apr 2025. The group holds several MiCA authorisations. Austria’s FMA authorised Bitpanda GmbH for seven services in April 2025. German and Maltese entities also hold authorisations, including a BaFin authorisation from January 2025.
