Yes, Bit2Me has a current MiCA register entry supervised by CNMV in Spain, dated Oct 2025. Spain’s CNMV authorised Bit2Me as a MiCA CASP. It was the first Spanish-speaking fintech to receive this authorisation. The announcement was in July 2025, and the register entry was in October 2025.
