Yes, Circle has a current MiCA register entry supervised by AMF in France, dated Apr 2026. The USDC and EURC issuer received a French CASP authorisation in April 2026. Circle has also held an e-money licence since July 2024. The two permissions regulate Circle in the EU as a stablecoin issuer and as a crypto-asset service provider.

Can Circle serve customers across the whole EEA?
