XT.com does not hold a verified MiCA CASP licence. The user agreement names no operating legal entity. It restricts the US, Canada and Singapore, but no EU or EEA state. In 2023, Québec’s regulator imposed a CA$2 million penalty on the site’s operators and ordered the site blocked there. XT.com is not on the ESMA CASP register.

Practical effect: XT.com has no verified CASP authorisation. Check the contracting entity and any separate permissions before you rely on MiCA conduct, safeguarding or complaint rights.
