Referral disclosure: rows tagged Ad use a sponsored referral link, and we may earn a commission. A row appears only while the firm has a current register entry and no recorded active operations restriction. EEA reach counts the home state plus the host states listed in the ESMA file, out of 30. Affiliate status does not affect inclusion or order.

The table joins each brand to its legal entity in the ESMA snapshot dated 6 October 2026. The services column shows which of the ten MiCA services (a to j) the entry covers. The count does not score product quality. The full list of venues is on the MiCA-licensed exchanges page.

Why EU users look for alternatives

On 16 June 2026 BingX published an update on its MiCAR authorisation process. It said that BingX EU had submitted an application to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and that no MiCAR authorisation had been granted at that stage. It also said that BingX EU would offer services in the EU only after approval. No BingX entity appeared in the ESMA CASP snapshot dated 6 October 2026.

Your current contract is with a company outside the EEA. The BingX customer agreement, last updated on 2 September 2026, names Nieve Cruz PA Corporation as the contracting party. Hong Kong law governs it, and disputes go to arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. The BingX disclaimer lists the Netherlands as a restricted jurisdiction. The full record is on our BingX page.

ESMA said on 23 June 2026 that clients of unauthorised CASPs do not benefit from MiCA safeguards, including protections for client assets. It invited them to move their crypto-assets to an authorised CASP or to a self-hosted wallet.

What to check before switching

  • The contracting entity. Open the terms of use and find the company that serves you. Our guide on how to check a MiCA licence shows each step.
  • The services you need. Custody is service a, exchange for euros is c, exchange between crypto-assets is d, portfolio management is i and transfers are j.
  • Your country. The entity must be authorised in your state or have notified it as a host state under Article 65. The EEA reach column counts those states.
  • Live status. Confirm the entry in the ESMA register on the day you move funds.

How to move funds safely

  1. Close open positions first. Futures, copy-trading positions and earn products may need to end before the assets become available to withdraw.
  2. Open and verify the new account. Complete the identity checks (KYC) before you start a withdrawal from BingX.
  3. Match the network on both sides. The withdrawal network on BingX must be one that the destination supports for that token. Add a memo or tag where the destination asks for one.
  4. Send a small test transfer. Wait until it arrives and shows in the destination balance, then send the rest.
  5. Expect transfer checks. EU exchanges must collect sender and recipient information for crypto transfers under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113. For a transfer of more than €1,000 to or from a wallet you control, the exchange must assess whether you own or control that address (Articles 14(5) and 16(2)).
  6. Export your history. Download trade, deposit and withdrawal records while you still have full access.

Common questions

Is BingX licensed under MiCA?

No. BingX said on 16 June 2026 that BingX EU had applied to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and that no MiCAR authorisation had been granted at that stage. No BingX entity appeared in the ESMA CASP snapshot dated 6 October 2026.

Which company is my contract with on BingX?

The BingX customer agreement, last updated on 2 September 2026, names Nieve Cruz PA Corporation as the contracting party. Hong Kong law governs the agreement, and disputes go to arbitration in Hong Kong. Neither the company nor the agreement gives you MiCA client protections.

Is BingX available in the Netherlands?

No. The BingX disclaimer lists the Netherlands as a restricted jurisdiction. No other EU or EEA state appears on that list. The list says that it is not exhaustive and can change.

Can I copy trade on a licensed EU exchange?

That depends on the product and the entity. Copy trading of futures or CFDs involves derivatives, which fall under MiFID II rather than MiCA. Check the legal entity and its permissions for the exact product before you move funds.
